Our Ocean House for Rent features 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms ~ maximum occupancy of 10-12 people (adults and children combined). There are 4 twin beds, 3 queen beds, and a pull-out couch with 1 queen bed.
House Rental Periods are Weekly ~ Saturday to Saturday. Seasonal Summer Rentals ~ Off-Season & Winter Rentals also available. Check Availability.
Description
The Footbridge Beach (#1 Best Beach in New England, July 2007, Boston Magazine) is only a 3 minute walk, which eliminates the daily paid parking expenses. The Town Trolley passes by the front door frequently, with the Trolley Stop only feet away.
This house is large and spacious inside with a quaint loft. There is a large dining room for family and friends. The living area has hardwood flooring and a 51" screen TV with VCR/DVD player. The bedrooms have soft carpeting for comfort. There are large high speed / power ceiling fans in the living area providing a cool breeze, and running water available outside for rinsing off sand. This house offers private parking off street for 5 cars, and heat for all year round rentals.

PLEASE NOTE: The State of Maine has introduced a new State Law, starting in 2006, that requires all seasonal rentals to be subject to the Maine State Lodging Tax of 7%. This 7% Maine State Lodging Tax is Additional to the Weekly Rental Price.

1) Weekend: Must not be one of the major Holidays throughout the year.
2) Reservation: Weekend must be reserved 1 month prior to stay.
3) Security Deposit: Upon the final inspection of property at the end of stay, for any damages or losses, this Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days if property is left in condition in which is was received.
4) Cleaning Service Fee: For final exit cleaning when all guests vacate the property. This includes the removal and disposal of all garbage.
